These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Easy House Cleaners Ltd, Slough, Berkshire. Contact: info@easyhousecleaners.co.uk.
Quotes are free. Prices on our website are fixed for the property size and items you select, and assume a property in normal condition for its size. If the property is much larger, has more rooms, or is in a much worse condition than booked (for example heavy grease, mould, pet damage, rubbish or items left behind), we will tell you before starting any extra work and agree an updated price. You can decline the extra work.
We do not handle hazardous waste, needles, bodily fluids or pest infestations, or work at height above a standard step ladder.
Nothing is payable to get a quote. When you choose to book, a £50 deposit confirms your date. The deposit comes off your final price. The balance is paid on the day, on site, once the job is done.
Because you book online or by phone, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from booking to cancel. If you ask us to clean within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for any work already done. Once the clean is complete, the right to cancel ends. By booking a date within 14 days, you are asking us to start within the cancellation period. Section 3 applies to cancellations after that period, or where you have asked us to start early, as far as the law allows.
Please make sure we can get in at the booked time and that electricity and hot water are working. Any parking or congestion charges are added at cost.
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, tell us within 72 hours of the clean, with photos, and we will return to re-clean those areas free of charge. This covers areas included in your booking only. It does not cover permanent stains or damage, or issues that arise after we leave.
We use hot-water extraction. Most stains lift, but we cannot guarantee removal of every stain (for example old, set-in or bleach marks). Carpets usually dry in 2 to 4 hours.
We hold public liability insurance. Please report any damage within 48 hours of the clean. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty or poorly fixed items, or valuables left unsecured. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
